Face To Face
Face to Face is an interactive work made using Max MSP. The face is used to trigger sounds designed in Logic Pro X, becoming an 'instrument' that anybody can manipulate. It is based around themes of childish play and self identity, with the sounds becoming more physically intense the closer a participant comes to the image of themselves on the screen. The work uses some sound to 'mickey mouse' the movements of the participant, introducing an element of humour intended to encourage playfulness within the work.
